Return and Exchange Policy

The periods for exchange and return of goods are divided into two phases:

First: Exchange and Return within 14 Days of Receiving the Product without a Reason

Consumers have the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund without providing any reason and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Second: Exchange or Return of Defective Goods within 30 Days of Receiving the Product

Consumers have the right to exchange or return the product and receive a refund if it has a defect within thirty days of receiving it. In such cases, the consumer must contact the supplier (the seller, the distributing company, or the guaranteeing company) and explain the defect. The supplier is obligated, upon the consumer’s request, to either exchange the product or refund its value without any additional cost to the consumer within a week of the consumer’s complaint. The refund must be made using the same method as the original payment.

In case of a dispute regarding the existence of a defect in the product, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with the relevant authority, which will examine the complaint, investigate it, communicate with the supplier, and issue a binding decision in this regard.
